Molly's Arrival
August 13, 2008 Jacob and I went to the Wednesday night church service, came home watched a little t.v. and headed to bed. As I was getting ready for bed I started having cramps. I complained to Jacob about them and he got nervous and wanted to go to the hospital. I was sure they would send us home, but agreed to go for his peace of mind. We gathered all our stuff and headed to the hospital stopping for gas along the way.
We checked into the hospital around 11:45 and they sent us to a room where they monitored Molly's heartbeat and my contractions. Once we found out that we were staying we made some phone calls to our parents. Around 1:00 they moved us to my laboring room. All our family got to the hospital A.S.A.P. They had no idea that they would be there for a long time. They were in and out of our room all night and day. At 12:00 the doctors and nurse came in and said it was time for me to push. I pushed until 2:38 and than out popped Molly Mae at 9bs 4ozs and 22inches long. She was so cute.
