So Molly's learned the trick of stalling and now she uses every night to delay her bedtime. It all started with my mom. While at Mia's (my mom) house she was spoiled by Mia with a bedtime arm scratch. Bedtimes has never been the same since. Every night we tuck her in pray over her and kiss her goodnight. But now as we head for the door we hear " Wuh wuh wuh wuh WAIT! Scratch my arm and count to twenty." Once we've scratched her arm for twenty seconds and start for the door it's "Wuh wuh wuh wuh WAIT!" I want to sleep with piggie" back towards the door Wuh wuh wuh wuh WAIT! I want to sleep with hippo." As we head for the door again. "Wuh wuh wuh wuh WAIT! I want my lady bug lights on." Etc... Every night the Wuh wuh wuh wuh waits continue until we shut her bedroom door. Sometimes they continue on through the door. I love them so much. It's these little things that make my day and remind me how much I LOVE being a mom even though it can be super hard at times, it's definitely worth it's frustrations.
